It was the “Roaring Twenties”.
Herbert Hoover was in the
White House, businesses were
expanding with no end in
sight. It was a time of high
living and lavish spending.
Salon orchestras played in
plush restaurants serving
extravagant dishes. Nobody
saw the black cloud coming!
The Sinfonia Concertante is an
attempt to take us back to
those days.
